We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead and manage critical IT and business change projects that will shape the future of our organization.

Position Overview: As a Project Manager in IT and Business Change, you will play a key role in delivering strategic projects that enhance our operational efficiency, drive innovation, and support our global growth objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, operations, and senior management, to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery, from initial scoping through to implementation and post-project evaluation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and budget tracking.
  • Drive the execution of IT and business change initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate and communicate with project teams, ensuring clear understanding of roles, responsibilities, and expectations.
  • Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing any risks or issues that may impact delivery.
  • Facilitate effective change management practices, ensuring smooth transition and adoption of new processes and technologies.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and key stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and opportunities.
  • Ensure that all projects comply with industry best practices, corporate governance, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field; Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in managing IT and business change projects within the financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and manage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience with change management processes and methodologies.
  • Knowledge of financial services regulations and compliance is a plus.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello).
