We are looking to recruit x2 full-time SEN teaching assistants to support one of our expanding Partnership Schools that we work closely with.

The role would be suitable for applicants that are local to Hemel Hempstead.

The role is to work in our partnership school located in Hemel Hempstead 5 days a week, with working hours being 8:30am - 15:30pm: term time only.

We have the option to start ASAP, or we are also recruiting now for roles starting after the Easter holidays.

Working with students who need additional support either on 1:1 basis or in small groups.
Motivating and inspiring children to learn and participate in classroom activities.
Contribute to record-keeping by recording observations of pupils during the school day.
Support the teacher with general classroom and behaviour management.
Help to prepare lesson resources.
Help to keep the classroom clean and tidy.
Comply with the needs of the young people including carrying out physical interventions and individual care plans.
Supporting the needs in other classrooms where staffing is short.
