Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, responsibilities will include:

· Responsible for securing sales, customer satisfaction and loyalty to the company brand.

· Ensure best commercial fit to customer and business.

· Maximise selling opportunities by analysis of customer needs.

· To use the tools provided to analyse customer accounts to highlight downtrading lines and accounts and spot new opportunities and then action accordingly.

· Provide detailed management information reports to clients as and when required.

· Daily liaison with other members of the team to provide information and ensure that clients receive excellent customer service.

· Manage customer issues by using an internal support desk system to ensure the issues are resolved in a fast and professional manner.

· To complete the company sales training program (in whatever form) given to you and adapt it for your personal use and stay up to date.

The successful candidate will have 2 years sales experience in an account management/ business development role and previous sales within food and/or drink, or similar business could be beneficial you will also display exceptional communication, interpersonal abilities, and organisational skills together with a corporate and professional approach to work always.

A current driving licence is also essential as the role is field based.
