Infrastructure Manager

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Manager to join our client’s dynamic team. As Infrastructure Manager, you will:

  • Shape IT Operations: Design and manage hybrid IT environments, leveraging Azure cloud services and ensuring robust networking with tools such as WatchGuard firewalls and UniFi systems.
  • Lead the Service Desk: Inspire a dedicated team to provide outstanding support. Streamline processes with Jira Service Management and maintain high standards through SLAs and KPIs.
  • Drive Cybersecurity Excellence: Implement forward-thinking security measures, establish IT policies, and lead disaster recovery planning to safeguard operations.
  • Support Business Growth: Align IT strategies with retail goals, and play a vital role in the expansion of retail outlets across the UK.
  • Manage Strategic Initiatives: Collaborate on long-term IT plans, oversee budgets, and maintain compliance with industry regulations.

Who we’re looking for:

  • Proven leadership in managing technical teams and infrastructure in high-pressure environments.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in IT infrastructure, with expertise in cloud technologies (preferably Azure).
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and MITRE ATT&CK.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to shifting priorities.

Bonus skills that make you stand out:

Certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect, ITIL Practitioner, or CompTIA Security+.
