Overview: Our client is seeking a highly skilled Property Management Accountant to assume full responsibility for the property accounting function within their division. Manage and Enhance Accounting Functions: Oversee the property accounting operations, focusing on process improvements and scalability to support organisational growth.
Utilise and enhance the QUBE platform for maximum efficiency, and ensure all financial records are accurately maintained in compliance with RICS standards.
Oversee Financial Operations: Manage the division’s income, fees, budgeting processes, and credit control, collaborating with the Head of Property Management on business planning and budget implementation.
Lead and Develop the Accounts Team: Foster the professional growth of the accounts team, promoting development and improving overall departmental efficiency.

Financial Management: Handle tenant charges, receipts, and loans, and oversee the processing of invoices and irrecoverable charges.
Manage the input of client and tenant data and ensure efficient use of the QUBE software.
Administer rent deposits, manage the service charge budgeting process, and finalise client statements.
Credit Control: Manage credit control routines and address bad debt issues, escalating as necessary.
Supervise the accounts team, addressing day-to-day accounting issues and ensuring smooth operations.

Proficient in QUBE System: In-depth knowledge and expertise in utilising the QUBE software.
Extensive Property Management Accounting Experience: Significant experience in property management accounting, with a deep understanding of service charge management.
