The Women's Technical division are looking for a Club Talent Pathway Manager to support a group of FA funded talent pathway programmes: Emerging Talent Clubs (ETCs) and Pro Game Academies (PGAs), in developing future talent for club and country. The Women's Technical division are looking for a Club Talent Pathway Manager to support a group of FA funded talent pathway programmes: Emerging Talent Clubs (ETCs) and Pro Game Academies (PGAs), in developing future talent for club and country. The clubs/partners/stakeholders you would be working with will primarily be based in the North of England so ideally you will be based there or able to easily and frequently travel in this region.
Be a point of support for Professional Game Academies and Emerging Talent Centres
Work with clubs to develop a Blueprint plan that supports the future development of their club and players
a challenging training and games programme
Support clubs in ensuring they have a comprehensive player education and player care model in place
Support club action planning in response to the system audit process
Support the workforce development and CPD related to FA funded programmes
Work with other departments in the FA to align support around player development. This includes England National Teams, The FA Coach Education team and the Women's Professional Game team
Deliver key projects or specialist responsibilities as outlined by the Senior Club Talent Pathway Manager
Contribute to the planning and review of the club pathway
Comply with all company policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of health, safety and wellbeing can be maintained.
Experience of managing projects and deadlines
Extensive experience of Excel
Advanced Microsoft Office
Coaching qualification to Level 3
Experience in women's sport
Knowledge of the women's game
Basic use of data analysis tools

It is responsible for promoting and developing every level of the game, from grassroots through to the professional game, and generates significant revenue to support investment into English football each year.
The FA oversees England international teams across men's, women's, youth and disability football, as well as running the National League System and FA Competitions including the Emirates FA Cup, Barclays FA Women's Super League, Adobe FA Women's Championship, and Women's FA Cup, and the world-class facilities of Wembley Stadium and St. George's Park, all with a purpose to Unite the Game and Inspire the Nation.
We currently work within a hybrid working model whereby the expectation is to work from your contractual location for part of the week, and as and when required by the team. The remaining days can be worked remotely. Your contract with The FA will specify a fixed location of either Wembley Stadium, St. George's Park or our Processing Centre unless the role is advertised as a home-based contract.
