Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Commercial Manager to lead the development, planning, and implementation of commercial strategies aimed at driving growth and revenue streams.As the Senior Commercial Manager you will join a dynamic and ambitious team and work alongside Commercial Directors and Managers, as well as the Marketing team.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, plan, and implement commercial plans and strategies to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate to create creative commercial packages tailored to partner requirements.
  • Monetize incoming site traffic through lead generation and advertising opportunities.
  • Maintain a sales pipeline and identify opportunities for further revenue development.
  • Acquire new partners, advertisers, and sponsors through relationship building and attending industry events.
  • Retain existing clients and increase revenues.
  • Provide regular reporting on sales growth, pipeline opportunities, and solution success.
  • Track, measure, and analyse commercial metrics using KPIs.
  • Achieve sales targets for the business.
  • Contribute to the business development roadmap.
Who You Are:
  • Experienced in sales in both digital and offline channels.
  • Innovative with the ability to deliver creative solutions aligned with partner needs.
  • Knowledge of and experience in the travel industry.
  • Able to collaborate effectively with the wider team, including Editorial.
  • Experienced in working in a tech-led business, with knowledge of monetizing site traffic.
