About the Role

As the Senior Commercial Manager, you will be a critical link between the company and public sector clients, negotiating and managing commercial contracts while ensuring legal compliance. This role demands both commercial acumen and the ability to navigate complex legal environments within the public sector.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage commercial negotiations, from initial client engagement through to contract execution.
  • Work closely with public sector customers to ensure contracts meet all legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage risk while maximizing revenue opportunities and safeguarding margins.
  • Provide guidance on legal and contractual matters to internal teams.
  • Ensure alignment with the business’s long-term strategic goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Requirements :

  • Strong experience in commercial management, with a focus on IT or software sectors.
  • Proven track record working with public sector clients, understanding their legal and procurement processes.
  • Knowledge of commercial and legal contracts, with the ability to draft, review, and negotiate complex agreements.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Eligible for SC clearance.
