Job Description Digital Content Manager | Global B2B Creative Agency| Bedford


Harmonic operations are excited to partner exclusively with Bedfordshire based, globally operating, rapidly scaling full-service agency, on their search for a Content Manager. A door opening opportunity for someone with a strong content background in a digital marketing setting.

Offering a host of opportunities within, constant big budgets to work with huge accounts and work collaboratively within the fantastic new team. The role will be centred around the new client they are currently onboarding, with multimillion pound budgets, they are looking to scale but most importantly this calls for someone with both client relationship and content writing skills, who can collaboratively work with the digital specialist in the team and the account manager to grow out the most profitable account on their books.


Creative campaign planning, team management and project management
Everything from ideation, to planning to delivery of content campaigns.
Planning out processes, campaign objectives, timelines, deliverables across various content formats
Being on top of project management quality control for the team throughout the campaign
Ensuring there are clear SLA’s agreed between the account management team and the client and then implemented across the content team.
Monitoring campaign progress, making sure the team stay on brief and are adhering to the clients’ requests.
Line management, guiding and supporting the juniors in the team providing editorial, creative and technical support when needed.
Experience advertising/ digital marketing experience from an agency background.
Expert in creating and managing innovative content campaigns.
Proficient in AHRefs, WordPress, Grammarly, Google Search Console, GA4 and Office.
PPC, SEO and content creation experience are all mandatory for this role.
Someone who is digitally literate and can speak the clients language, and grow clients confidence, furthering growth
A digital expert that can work across multiple digital channels producing a variety of content.
At least 1 year as a content manager in a digital setting
