The Real Estate Broker will be responsible for providing expert guidance to clients on buying, selling, or renting properties, as well as managing real estate transactions from start to finish. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, conducting property market analysis, and facilitating negotiations between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants. A successful candidate will embody professionalism and deliver exceptional customer service. Qualifications Strong expertise in Brokerage and Real Estate fieldwork. Proficiency in Customer Service and ensuring client satisfaction through tailored guidance and support. Proven ability in Sales and marketing strategies for property transactions. Knowledge of real property markets, regulations, and legal considerations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently in a remote setting. Experience or licensing in real estate brokerage is highly desirable.
