Job Title: Sales / Deal Coordinator (Former Real Estate agent / Sales Negotiator) Location: Based in Battersea, London
Salary: £60,000 per annum + Generous commission package + Vehicle included
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

Role Purpose:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales & Deal Coordinator to join our team and provide extra support to other negotiators who excel in sales, client engagement, and bringing deals together. This role would be ideal for a former real estate agent.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads to support ongoing business development.
Coordinate and assist in tying deals together by liaising with clients, partners, agents, and internal teams.
Attend appointments, site visits, and meetings on behalf of the Director—often alongside other team members.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Support negotiations by preparing required details, identifying opportunities, and ensuring seamless communication.
Assist in preparing proposals, sales materials, and documentation needed for closing deals.
Update CRM systems and provide weekly reports on leads, activities, and deal progress.
Work closely with the team to align strategies, share market insights, and support marketing or sales initiatives.

Essential Requirements:
Previous experience as a Real Estate Agent, Negotiator, or Sales Executive in estate office.
Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
Confident and professional when meeting clients on behalf of senior management.
Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for appointments.
