Technician Service Desk Administrator

A Brand New role has become available for a growing tech firm for a fully remote IT Support Engineer. This is a specialist MSP client who offer a range of cloud and networking support services to a range of healthcare clients based across the globe. They have a Datacentre based in Manchester which would require occasional visits for remedial work so any previous datacentre experience would be highly beneficial.
Minimum 3-4 years of experience within a network consultancy / IT Services company environment with experience in implementation and support services.
• In depth knowledge of Microsoft domain infrastructure; Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS .
• Implementation, upgrade and migration of Windows Servers as well as troubleshooting support, and general administration.
• Microsoft 365 setup , migrations.
• You'll be coming in as part of a team of 5 IT Engineers, and the role could involve working on some shift patterns and some on-call. As the role will be offering technical support to Doctors and Consultants, its vital that all tickets are dealt with in a prompt and effective manner.
