We are a professional services company based in Market Harborough looking to recruit a First Line IT Support to provide users support in a Microsoft environment (Microsoft Azure, Cloud Services, Remote Desktops, Microsoft SharePoint and Firewall). The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and telephone manner and a keen interest in IT / Technology, with a focus on delivering a top rate service to our clients.

As one of the leading businesses in our industry, we can offer First Line IT Support Technicians the ideal opportunity to get involved in working in a structured environment with exposure to supporting a broad range of predominantly Microsoft Azure, Cloud Services, Remote Desktops, Microsoft SharePoint and Firewall. This vacancy will suit a junior level candidate with some IT knowledge and some industry experience, who wants to apply their experience in as broad a way as possible supporting users in their day to day work. Good academic background in IT

Some knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Cloud Services, Remote Desktops, Microsoft SharePoint and Firewall.
