The Envelopment Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our projects by overseeing all aspects of envelopment planning, coordination, and execution.

Lead the development and implementation of envelopment strategies for construction projects, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

* Collaborate with design teams, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to integrate envelopment requirements into project plans and specifications.

* Manage the procurement process for envelopment materials and services, including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management.

* Monitor and evaluate envelopment performance throughout the project lifecycle, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.

* Liaise with stakeholders, including clients, regulatory authorities, and internal teams, to ensure effective communication and alignment on envelopment-related issues.

* Provide leadership and guidance to site teams and subcontractors on envelopment best practices, safety protocols, and quality standards.

* Prepare and present reports, presentations, and other documentation on envelopment progress, challenges, and achievements to senior management and project stakeholders.

Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, architecture, or a related field (preferred).

* Proven experience as an Envelopment Manager or similar role in the construction industry, with a successful track record of managing envelopment aspects of large-scale projects.

* Strong project management skills, with the ability to effectively plan, organise, and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines and budget targets.

* Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

* Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as Microsoft Office, project management software, and building information modelling (BIM) platforms.
