About the Role:
As a B2B Lead Generation Marketing Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth by identifying and nurturing leads through strategic marketing initiatives. You'll collaborate closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop and execute targeted campaigns that engage prospects, nurturing the sales funnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive B2B lead generation strategies to attract and convert potential clients.
- Utilise a variety of channels, predominanty email marketing, to reach target audiences effectively.
- Create compelling marketing collateral, including landing pages, email campaigns, whitepapers, case studies, and presentations, to capture leads' interest and drive conversions.
- Develop and execute CRM (Customer Relationship Management) strategies to effectively manage and nurture leads throughout the sales funnel.
- Analyse campaign performance metrics and optimise strategies to maximise ROI and lead generation effectiveness.
- -Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve lead generation strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B lead generation marketing, preferably within [mention relevant industry or sector].
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is highly desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive informed marketing decisions.
- Self-motivated with a proactive mindset and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
