As part of the HR Talent Development team, you will provide consultative talent development expertise across the organisation to implement suitable development initiatives to support HR and business strategy
• Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to drive learning and performance needs that have significant impact to support strategic objectives, using a variety of delivery methods
• Design and facilitate various training programmes both in-person and virtually to our employee population, across global regions and time zones
