Sales Team Manager/Coach - Executive Search, London

The Role

You will be responsible for leading, coaching & mentoring the Sales team to achieve and exceed major business targets. You will also be part of their Leadership Team and be a vital part of their future vison and strategies.

  • Coaching the Sales to team to develop new business
  • Train the team to be able to provide expert presentations to clients
  • Mentor, coach and lead the Sales team to deliver KPI’s
  • Set up key Data & Metrics
  • Create Sales strategy for future success

About You

  • Have proven Sales management experience in the recruitment industry – open on sector background (ideal if knowledge of Exec Search).
  • Be located in/around London area – 2 days a week in the office plus client visits.
  • Strong coaching skills to guide & lead.
  • Have experience and knowledge of online sales.
