Consulting & Generalist HR (Human Resources & Recruitment)
We design, manufacture and install modular buildings for education, affordable housing, mining, custodial and commercial sectors across all mainland Australian states. Our recreational vehicle work includes servicing as well as manufacture and distribute leading products. We work as One Fleetwood across our group of companies, including Building Solutions, Community Solutions and RV Solutions.

 
This position works collaboratively with our departments to provide support, advice and guidance to managers and employees of the business. The role will also support the Group HR Manager and team members to embed HR strategies across the business to create an inspiring workplace that engages and retains high quality people, whilst ensuring business processes, systems and procedures are implemented and maintained.
This role is a great opportunity for an experienced and passionate HR professional to help deliver an exciting national HR agenda to drive business growth and organisational change.


This is a full time role and the working location will be determined by the successful candidate who can be based from our office in either Melbourne, Perth or Sydney. The role will require occasional travel to our business locations across Australia.
Providing guidance and support to managers in respect of complex HR issues.
Working with managers to ensure all employees receive performance reviews, including period progress/probation reviews.
Coaching, advising and guiding managers on performance management ensuring legal compliance.
Undertaking investigations in relation to grievances and formal complaints.
Providing guidance to management and staff on company policies.
Providing best practice advice on change management and consultation.
Assisting in the implementation and improvement of Diversity & Inclusion initiatives in line with the business objectives.
Assisting the L&D Business Partner in related L&D activities.
Assisting with HR aspects of the payroll process.
Assisting in the development and continuous improvement of the group Succession Planning model.
Providing key administrative support to ensure HR processes are effectively and efficiently executed.
You will be experienced in working with diverse stakeholders and be skilled in generalist HR practices including ER/IR across both operational and corporate environments.
A tertiary qualification in Human Resources; Industrial Relations; Business; Management or a related discipline (preferred but not essential).
~Proven ability to partner and influence with a wide range of stakeholders, coupled with commercial acumen to deliver business results.
~ Proven ability to interpret and apply Enterprise Agreements and/or other industrial agreements, providing advice to management and employees.
~ The ability to guide leaders through change initiatives and change programs including performance, reward, diversity, resource planning and retention.
~ Strong communication skills to proactively communicate changes in law and regulation, company policies and procedures, competitor intelligence and contemporary talent management strategies and best practice HR.
