The Programme and Project Partners (PPP) at Sellafield brings together KBR, Jacobs, Morgan Sindall Infrastructure, Altrad Babcock, Sellafield Ltd as the client, and a wider supply chain to deliver a 20-year pipeline of major infrastructure projects.
This 20-year pipeline of work along with the size, scale and complexity of our projects allows us to offer our people rewarding long-term opportunities with the ability to develop their skills and progress their careers.
The Integration lead plays a pivotal role in ensuring adherence to statutory regulations, legislative requirements, and compliance standards across construction projects within the PPP portfolio. Responsible for overseeing various controls including temporary works, lifting operations, MEICA systems, and service protection, they ensure construction activities meet safety and legal standards. Additionally, they provide support to project delivery by facilitating knowledge sharing, promoting sustainable construction practices, and participating in key interventions as an independent technical expert. With a focus on enhancing project delivery and value, they supplement project resources, facilitate early contractor involvement, and mitigate construction risks. Through assurance activities, they ensure consistency in performance and compliance with site-specific and PPP procedures, ultimately contributing to the success of construction projects.
You'll ideally be MCIOB or APM with qualifications gained on major engineering/construction projects. You'll have exceptional communication skills, be looking for new ideas and ways of doing things and empowering change as well as ensuring best practice, all whilst ensuring we maintain our world class approach to HSE.
