We are looking to recruit 2 Construction Managers on to a brand new project to manage and initially oversee trials, from there you'll develop the construction plan, the pre-design constructability, ensure and implement best practice and manage the construction infrastructure interfaces all whilst ensuring we maintain our world class approach to QHSE. You'll enjoy working with colleagues who embrace a collaborative approach and have a genuine desire to do a great job. We encourage new ideas as well as developing you in your career path.
You'll probably have gained at least a level 3 NVQ in a construction or related subject and ideally have a formal safety certification. More importantly you'll possess well developed communication skills and planning skills, have the ability inspire others and look for opportunities to make improvements or pioneer new ideas. We're keen to look at those who may not necessarily worked in nuclear but who may have worked in other (large project) high integrity construction arenas.
