As a Lead Salesforce Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering top-notch solutions to customers, driving customer success, and contributing to the company's overall growth which is to become the UK's go-to partner.

Lead Salesforce implementation projects, working closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into effective solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and administrators, to design, configure, and customize Salesforce applications.
Conduct a thorough analysis of business processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend optimal solutions using Salesforce best practices.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, helping them develop their skills and contribute to project success.
Serve as a subject matter expert, staying up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, functionalities, and industry trends.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Functional Consultant or Lead.
Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Marketing Cloud.
Proven track record of successfully leading Salesforce implementation projects from start to finish.
Solid understanding of business processes and ability to align them with Salesforce capabilities.
Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, and/or Service Cloud Consultant are required.
