Define and deliver best practice / process training to drive consistency across Product Managers, Product Owners and Business Analysts.
Guide teams through our annual strategic product & tech roadmap planning process ensuring quality output and timely completion.
Work closely with the Product Operations Specialist – Tooling and Data to ensure tooling supports best practice.
Stay updated on emerging trends, tools, and technologies in software development and product management.
Provide line management to a team, including overseeing performance, providing guidance and ensuring team objectives are met.
Advanced understanding and experience the Concept to Market processes for software products.
Proven experience in progressing software products from concept to market.
Exhibit sound judgement in making timely decisions, considering both short- and long-term impacts.
Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile project management esp. Scrum methodology.
Familiarity with using Aha software for roadmap planning, GTM, Release Management, Ideas Management.
