Job Title: Product Manager (IT Managed Service Provider)

Reporting to: Chief Product Officer


Purpose


The Product Manager will oversee the entirety of the company’s product portfolio, ensuring each product aligns with strategic goals and customer needs. The role will drive the development, launch, and management of products across diverse offerings, fostering innovation and ensuring commercial success. Working collaboratively with internal teams and external partners, the Product Manager will deliver products that enhance service capabilities and generate significant value for SMB customers in the UK.


This role requires maintaining an understanding of market dynamics and articulating competitive intelligence alongside a differentiation strategy. With a strong focus on commercial awareness and organic growth, the role acts as the voice of the customer, addressing and responding to issues and requests, and updating the product portfolio as needed.


Additionally, the Product Manager is responsible for managing and nurturing vendor relationships with strategic partners.


Duties and Responsibilities


• Own, maintain, and execute the product roadmap, reviewing and prioritising as required.

• Own, track, and report on the product portfolio P&L.

• Deliver product releases on time and within budget.

• Maintain relevant market and competitor knowledge to ensure the portfolio meets current and future customer needs.

• Enable sales teams across the portfolio by providing training, collateral, and support to successfully identify, position, and win opportunities.

• Manage in-life products through review, standardisation, and evolution to ensure a consistent quality standard across the entire product lifecycle.

• Manage vendor relationships with strategic partners.


Qualifications, Knowledge, and Experience


• At least 1 year in Product Manager or Product Owner roles, with demonstrable knowledge of launching new offerings.

• 3+ years of experience working with relevant technologies, including Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Power Platform, cyber security solutions, collaboration and voice solutions (e.g., Microsoft Teams and SIP services), and data solutions.

• Understanding and experience in designing, building, and managing Managed Services and associated Professional Services.

• Strong analytical ability to interpret product performance and market opportunity data.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Proven problem-solving mentality, leveraging internal and external resources.
