This is a mixed tax & accounts position within a general practice capacity ideal for an experienced Accounts & Tax Manager looking to join a growing team with exceptional exposure on offer and genuine career prospects. As an Accounts & Tax Manager, you will be responsible for;
Understand performance expectations and manage team members to meet these expectations
Acquire and apply technical expertise in accounting, tax and interpret laws, regulations and standards to a mixed portfolio of clients
Prepare, oversee and review production of accounts for a mixed portfolio of clients including limited companies, sole traders and partnerships
Prepare and review corporate tax computations, VAT returns and personal tax returns for submission to HMRC
Manage and support the development of junior members of staff
Requirements For this Accounts & Tax Manager vacancy in Tonbridge you will be:
~ Preferably qualified ACA/ACCA or by experience.
~5-10 years experience with recent accountancy practice experience.
~ Experience preparing accounts and tax returns.
~ Experience of Iris, QuickBooks, Xero or Sage would be advantageous but not essential.
