Job Description As a Manager you will work as part of our International financial reporting team, with focus on DACH market. Our team coordinates forecast and all reporting functions across all business units for Publicis Sapient DACH. This includes weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual performance. The Manager will help with timely variance analysis, KPI/metric reporting, and special projects as needed. The position will work with various financial and business leaders across the organization with high visibility.
As a parental leave cover the position is limited to 12 months.
A successful Manager candidate will have the ability to manage multiple projects, adapt to changing business requirements in a fast-paced work environment, an inquisitive and curious nature, and a commitment to delivering financial solutions that balance business needs with regional and corporate obligations.
Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Annual financial analysis (Budget, Forecast and Actuals)
Consolidate financial reports from business unit (Matrix Organisation) by rolling up inputs and reaching out for commentary to several stakeholders
Ensure efficiency and consistency of planning across divisions.
Prepare and run business plans (annual budget, rolling forecasts, project calculations)
Ensures business is running smoothly and efficiently in terms of financial processes and operations.
Ad hoc analysis, projects, and other duties as assigned.

5+ years of experience within FP&A or Financial/Management Reporting preferred
~ Excellent knowledge of MS Excel; Oracle or SAP & PowerBI is an advantage.
~ Ability to manage multiple projects / initiatives on tight schedules and timelines
