Adaptive Insights Architect - FP&A - Permanent - Remote - up to £80k


About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Adaptive Insights Architect to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering successful Adaptive Insights implementations and a deep understanding of financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Architecture: Design and implement tailored Adaptive Insights solutions to meet clients' specific FP&A needs.
  • Consulting & Advisory: Provide strategic guidance on FP&A best practices, leveraging Adaptive Insights to optimise financial processes.
  • Project Management: Lead end-to-end implementation projects, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.
  • Customisation & Optimisation: Customise Adaptive Insights to meet client requirements, optimising system performance, data integration, and reporting capabilities.
  • Client Training & Support: Develop and deliver training sessions to empower client teams with the skills needed to effectively utilize Adaptive Insights.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of the Adaptive Insights solution with broader business transformation goals.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements within clients' FP&A functions, leveraging technology, data analytics, and best practices.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in FP&A or financial consulting, with at least 2 years of hands-on Adaptive Insights experience.
  • Proven track record in leading at least two successful Adaptive Insights implementation projects.
  • Strong proficiency in Adaptive Insights, including model building, data integration, and report generation.
  • Solid finance background with a deep understanding of FP&A functions.
  • Excellent project management, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to train and mentor clients.
  • Adaptive Insights certification is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.
