We have a permanent opportunity for a Sales Order Processor / Administrator to join our office-based team based in Bamber Bridge, Preston
Job Description You will be responsible for processing all Sales Orders onto SAP system and providing order confirmations with correct dispatch dates as well as dealing with customer enquiries. Training will be given on the use of SAP though experience is desirable.
A salary of £22,000 is on offer if you bringexperience in a similar role.
Key responsibilities:
- Responding to customer enquiries by email and on thephone
- Accurately processing customer orders for whichattention to detail and accuracy is essential
- Creating a daily order report of all sales orders andprocessing via the SAP software system
- You must be used to working in a busy officeenvironment, where no two days are the same
- This is an open plan office environment where we welcomegreat characters who enjoy providing the best support for your customer
- Liaising with other departments in the business, goodsout, returns and transport
- Using SAP software system, experience would be fantasticthough if not, good overall experience of using Microsoft or bespokesystems
- You will be able to multi-task, prioritise, manage yourtime effectively and work well in busy periods
- A fantastic communicator
