  • Working with the SLT to develop a HR strategy in line with the business 5 year plan.
  • Recruiting for a variety of roles across the group, creating talent pools, utilising talent platforms and creating an effective recruitment strategy.
  • Looking after the whole employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding and everything in between.
  • Harmonising of all policies and process across the business.
  • Lead on all ER issues.
You'll be the ideal candidate for this position if you have:
  • A strong and experienced HR Manager.
  • Experience and feels comfortable in a stand-alone role.
  • A keen idea to making an impact within the business.
  • CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience.
