Contracts Administrator Working From Home

On behalf of our EPC client, Petroplan is seeking a Contracts & SAP Administrator who will be responsible for HR contracts and General Service Functions. Offered as hybrid working (2 Days in office, 3 days WFH). This contract opportunity is inside IR35. Starting Immediately for an initial 12 month renewable period.
We are seeking a Contract & SAP Administrator to support HR and General Services functions. Ideal candidates will have a background in contract management, administration, and invoice processing.
Create and manage purchase requisitions, tenders, contract revisions, and service entries in SAP, monitoring contract spend, end dates, and available funds.
Process and verify invoices in SAP and the Finance app; Minimum 1 year of experience in contract administration and invoice processing knowledge of SAP is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes and policies to ensure compliance.
Strong Excel skills for data management and analysis comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
