We are seeking a passionate publican to lead The Havelock Arms, driving both its food and beverage offerings while nurturing its role as a cherished community hub.
Oversee all aspects of pub operations, including managing a bustling food operation and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere in the bar.
Engage with the local community and build lasting relationships with patrons, businesses, and organizations.
Take ownership of the pubs unique character and work to amplify its identity within the community.
Experience in pub management, with a focus on both food and beverage operations.
Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong community ties.
