Hawkwood is thrilled to partner with one of the UK’s top Affiliate Marketing Platforms in the search for a People Operations Partner to join their London team on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

Contract: 6 month FTC (potential to go perm)

Hybrid: Fully remote

Our client, a pioneer in lead generation within the gaming industry, is dedicated to building meaningful connections. Since their start in 2015, they’ve developed top-tier marketing products through innovative content, website optimisation, and dynamic marketing campaigns to drive client traffic. ️

As the People Operations Partner , you’ll collaborate closely with the Head of People Experience and other departments to deliver comprehensive People support. You’ll play a key role in creating a world-class People experience, fostering a thriving, collaborative environment.

What Will Your Day Look Like?

✨ HR Administration & Compliance : Oversee daily HR tasks, manage employee records, and ensure compliance with employment laws

✨ Manage Full People Lifecycle : Coordinate contracts, onboarding, and global compliance

✨ Guidance & Coaching : Support managers with People-related queries

✨ Payroll and Benefits : Partner with Finance to handle payroll and benefits administration

✨ People Projects : Lead initiatives like engagement surveys and performance reviews

✨ HRIS & Data Integrity : Maintain data accuracy across employee lifecycle events

✨ Policies & Procedures : Develop policies that reflect our client’s values and best practices

Who Are You?

✅ Available immediately or on a short notice period, ready to commit to a full 6-month contract

✅ 2-3 years’ experience in People Operations, including full employee lifecycle management, data handling, reporting, and HRIS

✅ Familiar with fast-paced startup/scale-up environments and equipped with a growth mindset

✅ Proficient in UK Employment Law ; CIPD qualification a bonus

✅ Strong communicator , empathetic, and resilient under pressure

✅ Positive and adaptable , able to thrive in an evolving environment
