Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives in the assigned region.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, fostering relationships with key stakeholders in the food industry.
  • Drive B2B sales of technical solutions, focusing on both individual machines and complete line solutions.
  • Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, reporting progress to senior management.
  • Work closely with the new management team and other departments to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in technical solutions relevant to the food industry.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B technical solutions sales, preferably gained within the food industry.
  • Strong knowledge of both individual machines sales and complete line solutions.
  • Excellent strategic planning and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Customer-centric approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Willingness to travel extensively throughout the region

Benefits

Excellent salary package c£50-60,000 (some flexibility for the right candidate) with uncapped performance-based incentives.
