You will produce marketing communications that: 

  • Build desire for the products we sell 
  • Motivate our audience to take action 
  • Get across the USPs of Cruise Circle 
  • Stand out, entertain and engage 
  • Generate a positive, long-term relationship with our audience 

Tasks in this role will include: 

  • Producing our weekly email newsletters 
  • Writing landing page content 
  • Creating social media posts 
  • Writing blog posts 
  • Writing destination descriptions for our website 
  • Producing content for our magazine, The Ocean View 

The type of person we're looking for: 

  • Someone that has demonstrable experience in creating a range of marketing content. We will be largely be judging applicants based on their portfolio (whether professional or personal). If you submit a portfolio with your application you'll jump to the top of the list 
  • You will need to have excellent writing skills, able to tailor to different audiences, with an exposure to (and interest in) sales psychology, as well as 'the fluffy stuff' i.e one day you could be writing microcopy for a landing page 'flash sale', the next you could be writing a 400-word article on 'Hidden Italian gems'. Someone who enjoys honing the craft of copywriting would be a good fit here. 
  • Must have an eye for design. Knowing what high quality marketing communications should look like is important. 
  • Someone enthusiastic and proactive about helping take our marketing to the next level. 
  • Other attributes we’re looking for include having a strong sense of autonomy, being a self-learner and possessing good organisational skills.

Salary & Benefits  

  • Remote position (with a day at our Head Office every quarter) 
  • £20-£25k for a 4 day week (Monday to Thursday)
