THE ROLE

As an Associate, you will:

Handle high-value and complex real estate transactions including acquisitions and disposals.

Advise on major development projects investment portfolios and asset management strategies.

Work closely with institutional investors, developers and corporate clients.

Support business development initiatives and strengthen client relationships.

REQUIREMENTS

✅ 2-10 years PQE in real estate law.

✅ Strong technical expertise in property transactions including leasing and finance.

✅ A commercial mindset with a strategic approach to problem-solving.

✅ Excellent communication and client management skills.

✅ A team-oriented attitude with the ambition to progress.
