The Role

The role will see you joining a strong and established team Real Estate National Service Line in the Leeds office where you will assist partners and other fee earners, undertaking a wide range of commercial property work.

You will work with HNW developers, corporate occupiers with multi-site holdings, property Investors, including family trusts, private offices and global investment funds on the following areas:

Land acquisitions including options and conditional contracts Property investment acquisitions and disposals acting for both buyers and sellers Acting for landlords and tenants in connection with the grant of business leases Retail, leisure and healthcare development work (excluding construction)

This role comes with excellent prospects for the future including Partnership for those that want it.
Requirements:

You will be a Real Estate with at least 3-5 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience) Flexibility to work with several team members Lateral thinking and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
