Deliver all import and export requirements for assigned clients and overseas agents.
Positively resolve and communicate discrepancies or delays to the Client and Overseas Partner if appropriate.
Identify and report development opportunities.
Manage credit limits and ensure Duty & VAT payments received prior to delivery.
Complete all sales and purchase e-billing.
Upload commercial documents to eDocs/Cargowise.
Process deferment account records.
Location : Onsite or Hybrid with 3 days at our Egham Office.
At least 2 year's experience in an airfreight operations role, within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
Competence in Import and export airfreight knowledge mandatory
