Performance Marketing Creative Strategist DTC Start-up

I am currently working with a DTC start-up on a simple mission: to inspire everyone to unlock their full potential through the power of better health. Founded in 2021 the brand has experienced some serious growth and is already one of the biggest names in this space in the UK.
Having recently closed a significant VC-backed seed funding round, the brand is now looking to further professionalise the team and bring on a few more key hires in order to ensure continued growth into 2024 and beyond. The Creative Strategist plays a key part in the growth of the brand.
Strategy: Own the creative strategy for our performance advertising across Meta, (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, YouTube and any other visual paid media channel.
Research: Run creative and messaging workshops with customers and internal teams. Use customer insights and competitor research to help ideate and develop a testing pipeline of performance ads.
Content Execution: Responsible for the creative system to generate top performing ads at scale from ideation, shoot production, brief writing and running feedback loops - working to content velocity and diversity targets. This includes managing video editors, copy writers, designers and external content creators, as well as collaborating with our influencer agency and Community Manager to leverage our customers.
Testing & Analysis: Working closely with the Head of Growth and Senior Performance Manager to make data-driven decisions for the prioritisation of tests and choosing the creative elements to test. Measuring the effectiveness of creative by defining and evaluating the leading indicators of performance, alongside key metrics such as CTR, Hook Rate, Hold Rate, CAC.
Use Ai and other tools to help generate ad variations at scale for the UK and multiple European languages.
Brand & Organic : Work collaboratively alongside the Founder to guide the brand creative direction. Project manage content shoots for new product launches and resdelivery of the marketing campaigns assets.
Worked previously alongside performance marketing teams with a proven track record e.g. you can point to impactful ad content
Strong project management skills and experience working with editors, designs and creators. Understanding of visual storytelling techniques and creative engaging narratives.
Creator of your own content on Meta, TikTok or another video channel.
Confident at analysing the data behind creative, and putting analysis into practice to drive key metrics within the platforms
Previous experience in a DTC ecomm brand
