As VP Customer Success and Delivery, the role will involve:
Leading and managing the customer operations and delivery teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services, along with ongoing customer support.
Overseeing the implementation of new projects to customers.
Coordinate with other C-suite executives to align delivery with the company's strategic goals.
Implement process that also incorporates successful partner delivery to the customer.
Monitor and report on delivery metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.
Ensuring customer satisfaction through all stages of the delivery process.
Reporting directly to the CEO with regular updates on customer delivery.
The successful VP Customer Success and Delivery should have:
A strong understanding of customer delivery and integration processes and strategies, both directly and via partners.
Ideally have AWS experience.
Experience in representing a company at industry events and forums.
Experience in leading a customer delivery team.
