The Role:We have an exciting opportunity for experienced learning professionals to join our Learning Studio team.
We’re looking for people who can combine creativity and excellence to realise our vision for learning.
Based in Ilkley, West Yorkshire, the successful candidate will join our business on a permanent contract and earn a competitive salary based on experience.

The ideal candidate:We’re looking for people who can work closely with our customers, our stakeholders, and learners to identify and fulfil learning needs. You may have a digital or learning background, with the ability to propose and develop innovative and creative, digital, and blended, learning solutions. Whilst you may have some understanding of the psychology of learning, you are passionate about delivering solutions that are designed around the learner, and you have a clear passion for delivering impactful learning that delivers real sustainable change and improvement.
You can work collaboratively with people and form great relationships with a broad range of stakeholders to create unique learning experiences that change behaviour and improve working practice.
You’re naturally inclusive and you proactively create opportunities to share ideas, to find the best solution for every customer, ensuring that everyone can play their part in delivering successful learning solutions.
Key Skills/Experience:- Able to analyse and understand customer and learner needs to develop creative training concepts and proposals, bringing digital solutions to life.
- Able to demonstrate learner centred design principles to design high quality, engaging learning opportunities using a variety of media, in line with parameters of time, quality and budget.
- Able to demonstrate a collaborative approach across business teams to enable us to deliver high quality products that we are proud of.
- Has demonstrable experience in creating digital/blended learning solutions.
- Experience in the e-learning industry
- Experience in creating both online & blended learning solutions.
- Knowledge of learning principles and how they apply to distance learning.
