Learning Designer

Possibl are currently recruiting on behalf of a reputable retail organisation who are expanding the learning team in London They are one of the best companies in the UK to work for based on Glassdoor and have a great opportunity for a Learning Experience Designer to join the team. The ideal candidate for this role will have experience with the Articulate Suite (storyline/rise) and some experience with graphic design, video creating and social media.
This position allows for lots of creative flexibility, bring out of the box ideas to the table, make the learning material feel exciting and bounce your ideas off the team. There is lots of room for progression here to, this organisation are very committed to their employees and will support you on your career journey to continually reach goals and achieve the things you'd like to.
This role is mostly remote, with occasional visits to the office in London and stores. Salary DOE.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work closely and in collaboration with the Academy Team to create interactive tools and high- quality media in the development of courses, with an eye towards modern, sleek, and intuitive design.
- Design of learning offerings for the unique needs of each identified audience
- Application of instructional design principles, learning theory, and educational technologies in the design and development of online learning experiences
- Lead meetings with senior management on learning/communications requirements
- Pro-actively manage campaign design and development issues as well as project schedule
- Troubleshooting of any basic educational technology issues
- Design learning campaigns and demonstrate their effectiveness through data
Criteria & Skills:
- Demonstrated experience designing digital content
- Experience with graphic design (ideal but not essential)
- Experienced in the use of eLearning tools and technologies
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to achieve high level of accuracy
- Strong organisational and time management skills, working to deadlines
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, including effective stakeholder and partnership working
- Video production and sound recording
