We are looking for a skilled and talented Courseware Developer who isn't afraid to think out of the box to deliver the best training possible to highly motivated, hand-picked trainee pilots.
The position is a hybrid opportunity predominantly remote working, with at least one day per week based at our Gloucestershire Airport office.
The Courseware Developer is responsible for ensuring that the digital training content created meets all learning objectives in accordance with Skyborne Airline Academy standards and applicable aviation authority regulations. Promoting continuous improvement of methodologies and innovation to all training requirements and objectives. Designing of training programmes, managing multiple creation plans simultaneously.
Ensuring e-Courseware content meets all learning objectives.
Ensuring that all e-Courseware training is fit for purpose and meets the requirements of the business.
Preparing and maintaining Training Records.
Ensuring training policies and processes are followed.
Communicating/promoting policies, procedures and standards throughout the school.
Ensuring that e-Courseware is delivered to meet Skyborne Airline Academy’s objective of being the safest, highest quality and customer focused training school in the world.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, to motivate and encourage staff, to deal effectively with internal and external contacts ranging from executive to administrative levels.
Proficient IT skills with a strong understanding of software and hardware systems.
Full Time - 40 hours, Monday - Friday
