We are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Tutor to join our Bootcamp team. You will providing expert instruction, mentorship, and support to students aspiring to excel in the field of digital marketing. You will lead interactive sessions, develop engaging educational content, and guide learners through hands-on projects to help them acquire practical skills and knowledge essential for success in the digital marketing industry.





You will be supporting unemployed individuals with upskill needed to gain employment as well support those in work to upskill in their sector. Instructional Delivery: Lead engaging and informative tutoring sessions covering various topics in digital marketing, including but not limited to SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and analytics.

Curriculum Development: Collaborate with the curriculum development team to design and enhance digital marketing course materials, lesson plans, and activities. Hands-on Projects: Facilitate hands-on projects and assignments to provide learners with practical experience in applying digital marketing strategies and tools. Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help students refine their skills and achieve project objectives.

Share real-world examples, case studies, and insights from your own experience in digital marketing to enrich the learning experience and demonstrate the practical application of concepts.

Offer personalized guidance and support to students through one-on-one tutoring sessions, office hours, and online communication channels. Assessment and Evaluation: Assess student performance through quizzes, assignments, projects, and exams. Evaluate student progress and provide timely feedback to help them track their development and address areas for improvement.

Professional Development: Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and strategies in digital marketing. In this role, the Tutor serves as the primary go-to person for all staff-related issues, playing a crucial role in various activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, learning & development, and talent management.

A Warehousing Tutor should possess a combination of industry-specific knowledge and teaching skills to effectively educate and support individuals in the warehouse environment.













Professional Development Workshops: Organize workshops, webinars, or training sessions on topics related to professional development, such as personal branding, networking skills, time management, and entrepreneurship. Help students build essential soft skills to complement their technical expertise.

Content Creation: Create educational content such as blog posts, articles, tutorials, and videos covering various topics in digital marketing. This content can serve as supplementary resources for students and help attract prospective learners to the Bootcamp program.

Industry Networking: Facilitate guest lectures, workshops, or networking events to expose students to industry insights and career opportunities.

Provide personalized support and guidance to help students set and achieve their academic and career goals. Offer assistance with resume writing, portfolio development, job search strategies, and interview preparation.

Provide actionable recommendations and best practices based on industry trends and data analysis.

Gather insights on course content, teaching methods, and overall student experience to inform future curriculum updates and program enhancements.

Community Engagement: Foster a sense of community and camaraderie among students, alumni, and faculty members. Organize social events, online forums, or discussion groups to facilitate networking, collaboration, and knowledge sharing within the digital marketing community.

Research and Thought Leadership: Stay abreast of emerging trends, innovations, and best practices in digital marketing through ongoing research and professional development. Collaborate on joint initiatives, co-branded events, or sponsored projects to create value for both parties.

Continuously seek opportunities to enhance your own knowledge and skills in digital marketing. Pursue additional certifications, attend conferences, or enroll in advanced training programs to stay ahead of the curve and maintain your credibility as a marketing expert.







Level 2 Vocational qualification in Digital Marketing

Ability to deliver engaging and informative presentations, lectures, and workshops using multimedia tools and interactive teaching methods to enhance student comprehension and retention.

Critical thinking skills to analyze marketing challenges, identify opportunities, and develop creative solutions that align with business objectives and target audience needs.

Adaptability: Flexibility and adaptability to adjust teaching strategies, content delivery methods, and instructional materials based on student feedback, evolving industry trends, and technological advancements.

Commitment to lifelong learning and professional development, with a willingness to stay updated on industry trends, expand expertise in new areas, and pursue additional certifications or qualifications as needed
