We have a fantastic opportunity for a Banking Graduate at our London or Birmingham Office. As a Banking Graduate, you will receive comprehensivetraining and development to help you become a successful professional in yourchosen field. In the first year you will be assigned to different departments andbusiness units, where you will gain exposure to a variety of roles andfunctions within the organisation. In the second year, you will have the choiceof which department to work and develop your skills in.

Please note, applications will close on 31st May 2024. Shortlisting of candidates will begin at the end of June and we will reach out to the selected candidates to arrange interviews, which will begin in July. Successful candidates will start in September.

Key Responsibilities

· Completing assigned tasks and projects to a highstandard

· Participating in training and developmentactivities

· Working with the various departments, Risk,Finance, Operations, HR, Commercial and Marketing

· Building relationships with colleagues and key stakeholders

· Learning about the company's operations,culture, and values

· Taking initiative and showing a commitment toyour own professional development

· Adhering to company policies and procedures

· Participating in ad hoc projects and attendingmeetings

· Update and follow Personal Development Plans towork towards goals and objectives

Qualifications & Experience

· Bachelor’s or master’s degree

· Graduated within the last two years

· Completed GCSE and A Level or equivalentqualifications

· Understanding of Financial Services

· Understanding of Islamic Finance (Not essential)

Knowledge & Skills

· Strong academic record

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of ateam

· Strong problem-solving skills

· Motivated and ambitious

· Positive attitude with an eagerness to learn
