This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact, working across a wide range of properties within the Paradigm Housing Group's portfolio. You’ll be travelling across our operational areas, including Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Oxfordshire, Hertfordshire, Middlesex, and North London. Arrange appointments with customers, maintaining clear and accurate records of communications. Ensure inspections are completed on time and contribute to the team’s KPI targets. Promote a culture of health and safety, ensuring compliance with relevant procedures during all inspections and tasks. Liaise with internal teams, such as Asset Management and Property Services, to ensure repairs and works are scheduled and completed within agreed timelines. About You: You are an experienced property inspector with a background in housing or building, ideally with experience in the residential property sector. You have strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. Your methodical approach helps you identify building defects effectively, and your customer-focused attitude ensures residents feel supported and valued. With a collaborative mindset, you enjoy working in a team but are equally confident working independently, following lone worker practices where necessary. You are comfortable using IT systems to produce reports and communicate findings, and you take pride in delivering a high standard of work. What We’re Looking For: Relevant professional qualification in Social Housing or and/or suitable experience within the residential property sector. Experience in conducting property condition surveys and producing accurate, detailed written reports. Ability to identify basic building defects and a good understanding of building regulations and planning processes.
