Reporting to the Head of Operations, this is a great opportunity to have a direct impact business performance - it is a high profile, where your influencing and change management experience will be essential, offering plenty of scope and variety and your key responsibilities will include:
* Delivering the Operational Excellence agenda across the site, working to establish a CI/OPEX focused culture to drive improvements in areas such as growth, cost, waste, delivery, and quality.
* Working closely with the senior team to support the site's strategic priorities.
* Demonstrable track record of leading operational excellence programmes across a complex Food, Drink or FMCG manufacturing environment.
* Able to not only demonstrate the changes you made, but how you made them and the impacts they had on culture, people, and performance.
* Proactive in approach, able to plan and deliver multiple projects and initiatives to meet business objectives #J-18808-Ljbffr
