We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Inbound Planning Supervisor to join our logistics and administration team. The successful candidate will act as a key liaison between booking administrators, area managers, and warehouse teams, ensuring seamless coordination and consistent service delivery. This role will also provide critical support during peak periods and staff absences, helping to maintain SLA compliance and reduce duplicated efforts.
Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 to 5:30pm but will be required to be flexible and cover the shifts within the team (6am to 2pm & 2pm to 10pm)

Serve as the primary escalation point for AM and PM booking administrators.
Liaise with area managers and warehouse teams to ensure alignment of inbound schedules with operational capacity.
Support outbound scheduling and assist in balancing workloads across shifts.
Provide cover for AM (6am–2pm) and PM (2pm–10pm) during holidays and absences.
Maintain accurate records and reporting for inbound activity and performance metrics.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to logistics and planning.
Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse planning roles.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Proficiency in scheduling systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of SLA frameworks and performance monitoring.
Familiarity with inbound/outbound logistics operations.
Experience in a multi-shift environment.
