Producing clear, well-reasoned, and persuasive reports that effectively interpret data and other evidence, ensuring findings are communicated effectively to stakeholders.
Work in close collaboration with colleagues from other disciplines as required to deliver project requirements and added value to the client.
Support in engaging with key clients in remote and face-to-face meetings.
Embark on the Transport Planning Society's Professional Development Scheme, which supports your progression towards becoming a Chartered Transport Planning Professional, enhancing your skills and career development in the field.
Our unique, personalised programme is designed for passionate, forward-thinking graduates who want to change the world around them, who will thrive in a dynamic team environment, and who are hungry to collaborate not only with fellow graduates, but also with mentors and leaders across the business.
Have less than 12 months of relevant work experience (excluding placements).
Are confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint).
This is a permanent role, and we’re looking for candidates who can grow their careers with Sweco without a time limit.
Our Graduate Scheme offers a two-year blended learning experience, with a tailored programme delivered virtually and face-to-face. You’ll have the chance to network and grow with the 2026 cohort.
