In Consumer Beauty, we are currently in process to drive turnaround and value creation on our most Iconic brands under the leadership of our CEO Sue Y. This transformation effort includes re-centering our innovation & communication program on strong consumer centricity, leveraging emergent needs and trends to drive Brand value creation and fixing what is limiting growth. adidas, Rimmel, Max Factor, Bourjois transformation journey in Europe will be pivotal to fuel growth in years to come. The role will be located at the Coty Amsterdam headquarter, alongside our Color Cosmetic, adidas & Mass Fragrance global teams Or in London.
As the Global Brand Director Rimmel Equity & Communications you will report into the Snr. Director Equity & Integrated Communications and lead the management, development, and implementation of total Consumer Engagement activities for Rimmel & Manhattan including communication strategy, content, copy, education, social, POS and digital implementation across the total business. Global Brand Equity & Consumer Engagement Strategy:

Lead the development of the global brand equity & strategic positioning - acting as brand guardian to drive growth and deliver against the brand vision, values, and business objectives.
Develop integrated 360 consumer engagement strategies & campaigns that are consumer-centric, culturally disruptive, and distinctively Rimmel, fostering brand love and enabling markets to execute with excellence and consistency.
Drive marketing effectiveness and ensure global brand plans leverage consumer insights, address trends and serve the consumer and brand needs.
Partner with Global Innovation team in early stages of product development to develop groundbreaking new concepts powered by disruptive storytelling and claims.
Digital/social media, E-comm & KCPs:

Drive the acceleration of digital, social, and content strategies to reach & recruit new audiences (Gen Z, Millennials), fuelling advocacy and brand communities.
Lead appropriate analytics tools to optimize social media performance & content strategies. Focus on increasing brand engagement metrics, share of voice and market share.
Accelerate brand growth and share of business on e-comm through data driven approach and creation of best-in-class content, with focus on overdriving key consumption periods, scaling NPD launches & supporting core.
Support the Global Advocacy & PR team on the development of the strategy, global toolkits, editorial calendars and influencer relationships.

If you have worked in both local and regional/global roles it would be beneficial. Strong communication skills to persuade others, articulate a point of view, and set direction. You have a curative lens on what is innovative and can synthesize data to drive business decisions. You show strong relationship building skills, which will be essential in working on a license business. Undergraduate/Graduate Degree (Business/Marketing degree preferred)
Extensive Marketing experience (Beauty or CPG industry preferred)
