We are currently looking to recruit a hotel maintenance manager to head up the in-house maintenance team as this luxury hotel. As Maintenance Manager you will make sure the hotel is presented appropriately and all facilities are maintained in excellent working order. You are supported by a Grounds Team of 2

The Place
A luxury 4 star hotel in the Surrey Hills Contemporary and design-led, the 56 boutique rooms, suites and residences are set in stunning countryside and the hotel also offers a 2AA rosette restaurant, lounge bar and conference facilities.
The Person
The ideal Maintenance Manager will have the following:

  • Ability to work in a fast paced, ever-changing environment covering a wide range of general maintenance tasks in a customer environment.
  • General maintenance experience ideally within a guest/customer environment
  • Priority areas of experience either plumbing or electrical
  • Some on call for emergencies so you must live within 30 mins radius of the hotel.
  • Proven record of success in prioritising a range of property maintenance issues
  • Happy to work occasional weekends.
