Handle Freelance Solutions is a payroll services business. We run a payroll service on behalf of a number of different clients, who each need to pay varying numbers of freelance workers. We are looking for an administrator with excellent attention to detail, good communication skills and data entry experience to join this fantastic team. The role hybrid with 3 days home based working and 2 days in our Farringdon offices
We take huge pride in the very high standard of our service and we look for staff to join the team, who will demonstrate that same commitment and passion for quality.
It's a fairly flat structure, but there is the opportunity to grow beyond this entry-level role to a customer-facing position. We are a meritocracy, so any opportunities for development will be entirely down to your own performance in the role.
You will be fully accountable for your area of administration, ensuring all you do is done on time, to a high level of accuracy and within our tight deadlines.
Data input - recording all details for new freelance workers into the payroll system and database
Following process guidelines to ensure all data is meeting compliance requirements
Carrying out checking processes to ensure all information is provided to the payroll team in time for processing.
Experience of data-entry will be essential.
Excellent telephone and email communication.
Payroll knowledge and understanding would be an advantage.
We expect there to be ongoing flexibility around working style and home v office working, so you must be self-motivated and flexible in your approach and keen to take responsibility.
We are keen to see applications from candidates who can demonstrate the above experience with preference shown to candidates who have worked within a financial services environment.
Full training will be given.
